Preparation

Our process begins long before the cleaning solution is applied. We perform a thorough and powerful vacuum to remove dry soils, dust, skin flakes, and allergy-causing pollens and spores. For true attention to detail, we also vigorously hand-brush the edges of your skirting boards and will move any furniture required.

The Encapsulation Deep Clean

Next, we apply our unique Encapsulation cleaning solution, which is specially formulated to dissolve spills, spots, and marks. It includes an anti-microbial decontamination liquid to kill bacteria, viruses, and moulds. We then use a rotary floor machine with a brush chosen for your specific carpet, gently yet thoroughly agitating deep into the pile to draw out the dissolved dirt.

The Heartfelt Finish

To complete your clean, we replace any furniture we've moved and meticulously groom your carpet with a brush rake. This final touch brings the pile back to its natural set, helps it dry quicker, and leaves your carpet without lines. Your carpets will be dry in approximately 1 to 4 hours, but you can walk on them straight away.

The Clean That Doesn’t Stop

Our Encapsulation solution is designed to dry to a crystal, locking onto any remaining dirt particles. These are easily removed by your next few vacuumings (not to be done for at least 24 hours), ensuring your carpets stay cleaner for longer. Due to the crystallisation action of our solution, no sticky soap residue is left behind to attract dust and dirt, which is what other carpet cleaning systems do.
