No, you don't need to do anything to prepare! Our first step is a powerful vacuum to remove all dust and dry soils, including brushing skirting boards and carpet edges, ensuring a thorough start.

Furniture typically cannot sit on wet carpet unless it is plastic-based. For your convenience, we will walk through with you and indicate if the carpet under furniture needs a wet clean or if we will just do a vacuum. Generally, we won’t move beds, large dressers, or cabinets. We will take care and wet clean around them. If a smaller item of furniture does need to be moved, we will move it and explain that you will need to place it back once the carpet is dry.

Yes, absolutely! Our chemicals are safe to be around, and we welcome you to stay, ask questions, or simply observe.
